It is perfect unused condition and still works. It is in a really smart burgundy Lucite or plastic case that has a split top. Both ends slide off. The razor itself is in the same Burgundy. I don't suppose you would have any idea of when this would have been made? He is looking to sell it but I can't seem to be able to date it for him.
